These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Veezify platform.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Veezify platform (“Service”) operated by Veezify (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Veezify is an AI-powered interview simulation platform designed exclusively for IT-related job roles.
The Service allows users to:
- Upload and analyze CVs
- Generate AI-based interview questions
- Participate in simulated interviews (including voice interaction)
- Receive AI-generated feedback
- Store and review interview history
The Service is intended solely for training and educational purposes.
3. No Employment Guarantee
Veezify does not:
- Guarantee job placement
- Guarantee interview success
- Provide employment services
- Act as a recruitment agency
All feedback and interview simulations are automated and for training only.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that:
- You have legal capacity
- All provided information is accurate
5. Accounts & Authentication
Authentication is handled by Clerk.
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding account credentials
- All activity under your account
We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
6. Payments & Credits
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Users purchase digital credits stored in a wallet system.
Credits may be used for:
- CV analysis
- Interview generation
- AI feedback generation
Credits:
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be resold
7. Refund Policy (EU + US Compliant)
Users may request refunds for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions:
- Credits must remain unused
- Refund request submitted within 14 days
- Refund applies only to unused wallet balance
If credits are used partially, only the unused portion may be eligible.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

This policy complies with EU digital content consumer regulations.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
- Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
- Interfere with system operations
- Use automated scraping or reverse engineering
Violation may result in immediate termination.
9. AI Use & Limitation of Liability
The Service relies on third-party AI providers including:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Google Gemini
AI-generated content:
- May contain inaccuracies
- Is probabilistic in nature
- Should not be considered professional advice
We disclaim all warranties regarding:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Suitability for employment decisions
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
10. Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of:
- Uploaded CVs
- Interview responses
Veezify retains ownership of:
- Platform software
- Branding
- Algorithms
11. Intellectual Property
All platform elements are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veezify from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Veezify shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Career-related consequences
- Data loss beyond reasonable control
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations.
For US users, disputes may be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
